When reading the white papers, it’s NOT enough just to read them but we must learn to SEE things shared at a very deep level. To help us do that, please communicate or what we call Manage Up/Out to those individuals who introduced you to this. After every white paper please email those individuals and answer these three questions. Please put the questions in bold and underline and your answers in regular type. At the top of each email include the url / web address for whatever white paper you are reading.

Actually . . . when we become the right person, we tend to attract others who are equally amazing and together we can accomplish far more together than we ever could on our own. Learning how to use DRIVE & Discipline in the most effective way, will help us to succeed.
Go through the white papers on the right and then share three things with others in our SC12, family, friends, peers, co-workers, customers, referral partners or really anyone you may like to bring benefit to as well. Clear Communication white paper will save us and others around us a great deal of time and frustration.
How do you define Success? If we desire to see greater success we need to see certain things about us . . . that we initially do not want to see or hear. When we learn, at a deep level, how to “self vaporize” SEE things we have a hard time seeing, we start to see success we often never dreamed of seeing.
Alright . . . you’ve now read four short white papers AND watched four short videos. The next step in becoming an amazing team member is to read “How to be the best student in the world . . . in everything.” Many have said this book has changed their life and the lives of those around them. We believe that after you read this book one may see how they thought they were a great student . . . but maybe not so much. If you’re thinking you should go back and re-read the above four white papers and see what you see this time that you didn’t see last time, that’s probably a great idea.
